A surly and unfriendly reception by Unfriendly staff at the “I am now but no time". No additional staff available. The room was freezing and could not be heated to request regulates the "The house itself" - eh ... ? It was obviously icy. The food (half board) was awful. There was reheated, dry roast pork, carrots from the glass - dry red cabbage (glass) and overcooked Spiralnudeln!
