We have stayed in 4 hotels in Lucern this was as nice as any and priced well below the other's. Room's were very clean the T.V. was wide screen 32in the WiFi was free and the breakfast was good with a good selection. We enjoyed our stay and would give it a high remediation. Dr LWB Read more

We had a one-night stopover in Lucerne: the hotel is located in the best location of the city absosut top. But it was the top floor and a pizzeria, in other words until midnight action!

The complaint because of non-functioning Internet is not being dealt with. On tv there is no German Swiss transmitters. For breakfast, there were nearly only unhealthy things: butter, but no margarine, sugar, but no sweetener. The cereal still dired fruits and nuts/cores not, poor yogurt selection. It is a very neat clean and well maintained hotel. It is slightly compact but I guess that is related to its history.
Rooms, as is the hotel itself, are very clean and give a fresh look. The color combination and aesthetic sense inside the rooms is praiseworthy. The non-smoking rooms are an added advantage.
Very cordial and friendly staff.
Buffet breakfast should have more choices especially for people who are not Europeans and vegetarian

very good staff. very helpfull in giving us all the information .
make sure dont take flat shoes when u go in the snow. and also if you are not used to heights dont stay for too long on high mountains. visit and come to a lower level where u feel comfortable.
