A quiet place in the heart of the historic old city hofgeismar. Very nice and attentive staff, and a kitchen only to communicate in other languages was excellent.
The cleanliness and orderliness of the entire house was without problems.

From the outside a very nice ( romantic) hotel does look very inviting. The service staff in the evening were very friendly. Unfortunately the lady at the breakfast was a bit snotty and unfriendly (which was also due to the fact that the lady could banqueting facilities had the night before. Also the gentleman at the front desk (a PC between buffet and restaurant) could have been friendlier. The hallways and the rooms could timely fashion a renovation. The public areas and the rooms of the hotel past decades the transport Charme and, in the next few years is certainly a major renovation prepayment required at time of booking. The rooms are sufficiently large and have a very basic amenities, but perfectly sufficient. The bathroom with a window was also big enough and recently renovated. The cleanliness of room and bathroom was okay and there was nothing to complain about.

Hofgeismar-on the outskirts of Kassel. The hotel is surrounded by the historic centre of Hofgeismar and the many half-timbered houses very romantic. The hotel has its own bakery and Confectionery and very delicious cakes/tarts. The staff is friendly and helpful sehf. The breakfast is buffet style and completely sufficient. The rooms were big enough, the furnishing was completely okay. The carpet in our room was slightly wavy, probably old-but very clean!
