small personally managed Hotel, very friendly owner and staff. Is located at the edge of the town, on the main road., this is but not annoying from, little traffic. The hotel is both for those summer vacation (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), as well as for those winter vacation suitably. Great environment, very nice central mountain landscape, many possibilities for excursions (cities, such as Wernigerode, block valley, caves). We love to stay there again. Read more

I have family and relatives celebrated a anniversary. We felt comfortable all around. The rooms are tastefully decorated, cable TV, telephone were available. The hospitality and good service are incredible. We have a warm and personal atmosphere and friendliness of the staff experienced. The food was excellent, from the hearty specialities from the Harz region to the hotel baked cakes, is served every palate.

They tried, to keep the guests content, the staff is very friendly.
But if the financial resources are not here, it lacks at the breakfast buffet (for example, the same mini-cheese cake, every day extra) and main course, whose portions only for people willing to lose weights is big enough.

Make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Service is excellent and the staff are nice and friendly.
The rooms are clean, neat and in a perfect condition. Everything was there, telephone and television.
Showers were clean, complaints were handled immediately, so we felt very comfortable there were shopping possibilities in the vicinity and also to the railway station not far.
