Medium size, in the English . style, well maintained and not run do wn. No balcony, air-conditioning and heating, TV without any international channels, in-room safe. Bathroom was friendly and big enough.
Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. English was understood, German partly. Rooms were clean and well kept.

We had a room on the third floor with a view of the harbor and the neighboring island Pico-perfect! The breakfast was very good; the restaurant we otherwise not used, but good. In the area there are plenty of very good restaurants. Rental car on Faial despite high costs recommendable-book early, there are not so many. Faial is a fantastic island! Read more

Nice location, close to the harbor and the city. A trip to Peter's sports bar, is only 100 metres away. By car there is a lot of excursion possibilities, the hydrangeas on the streets and on the pastures are impressive. Read more

Right on the waterfront opposite the boat stop located, a bit in the tooths hotels. The rooms are relatively small and, even though in the meantime non-smoking rooms, it smells terrible close old smoke. Very nice, English-speaking receptionist. The breakfast is good and varied. However, during DN meals very loud, the guests were very International. But if you're en bar area sets, it was good. There is a wellness area, but we cannot say nothing (are only short walked past). The hotel is in good condition and the decor is more like a business hotel. Everything was very clean and neat. The hotel also has a restaurant, which we didn't use though. Most of the guests were for a short stay in the Azores as part of a tour at the hotel. The average age of the guests was 50 +.
