The Winter on a east frisian island from time to time grey and gray-the pleasant Counterpoint here the retro design hotel Kolb in Langeoog. The interior design of the rooms and the other hotel facilities is a tasteful tribute to the seventies- sometimes very mixed but never exaggerated. The use the SPA's in the hotel Lifestyle Kolb is in the room price costs and footpath that hotel really value. With its unusual and colorful design offers the hotel each, a fan of unkonventioneller presentation is. Small attentions for the pet hotel guests ( for example NNäpfe, blankets, toys to Sb) mirrors among other things, the lovely leadership of the hotel again.
We have the junior suite with jacuzzi booked and were completely inspired. Everything was new, functional and very clean. The highlight was of course the pool in the living room. With rafinierten lighting options you can right atmosphere in the room charms.

We felt very comfortable there during the week. Started at the front desk (very friendly, always sweet for guests), the room was very comfortable (including stereo with MP3 docking stations, complimentary Wireless Internet access, the possibility, a Ipad to be lent free of charge), the breakfast was great (free coffee on the bed service, various coffee drinks to choose from,...), great sauna area (at the nearby hotel Kolb), during the day free hot drinks, very nice service, both at the breakfast, as well as at the dinner in the boat. Very nice design hotel in a very good location to the beach and city.
Super breakfast buffet, since there was nothing to be desired.
Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in the dining room.
The rooms are colourful and very nicely decorated, the pillows was huge, and very comfortable. A huge closet available and it is really everything was clean. Safety deposit box is available free of charge.
Bathroom with huge shower and double sinks was very nicely decorated.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
Rooms were very worn (for example rails tiles in the shower) and at the second glance not so clean.
The hotel itself is in good condition and clean.
The check-in process was exceptional and was always freshly refilled.
Also the free use of the spa area is an absolute plus.
Conclusion: a nice hotel with good idea incorporated. Unfortunately, there was the condition of the room so negative, that we have been disappointed. Four star hotel you can get a much better room condition expected.
