Hyannis Harbor Hotel

We stayed in many United States holiday yet never experienced something like that. We had two rooms reserved, the room of our four children was very marginal, especially cleanliness, condition decor etc. Our room however was a joke: there was extremely dirty and smelled of urine so, that it was unusable, unbearable. The complaint was dismissed very unfriendly, the replacement room (after a long discussion) smelled was only to old, moddrig, damp. Bet, the sheet was not changed. In the clothes, disgusting! Check-in was a disaster room on until 4 :30pm. The house was overbooked, we seemed to be the last room was exactly that. The hotel advertised with oversized rooms with a king or two queen beds. Our room was very small, had only a small bed, a sitting area, no table, the heater didn't work in the night. It was very noisy, our room was in the direction of the street, the architecture is kind of like a wooden hut with creaking stairs and wooden floors, so each step and could hear every word of other guests. The huge hotel complex in the photos didn't notice any at all. The location of the hotel is very nice. The hotel's veranda with open fire pits and candles, and nice seating convinced. (Including sunset! ) In 15 minutes, you're on the main street of the village. The rooms were very large, with a balcony and very quiet and you can recommend this hotel also extended stays ... Beautiful large hotel in Hyannis. The room was large and so arranged as you know it from America, two beds, TV, telephone, iron etc. Everything was clean and tidy. No breakfast in the morning. In the area there are several restaurants and shop about 10 mins walk. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outside was however not in use. We would do it again.
