good location, right at the train station, shops and old town reachable in a few minutes.
nice check in/ check-out. Garage book 4,-/24 hour. Massive rooms with 2 full size beds.
the building is practical but still in the primitive state-I could Hoteleinrichter recommend.
A bit sober sauna and pool area with customer friendly opening hours- finally a swimming pool from 06:30 open.

we were for only a night in the hotel. The reception by woman was so warm, that we as
Friends of the house before came. As we are more in hotels again we have this herzl. Service not very often. The breakfast was great, everything was plentifully well stocked available, staff everywhere in the hotel very, very friendly. We will the next time back in the hotel again and also recommend.

I was at the IBB Passau (formerly holiday inn), just for the first advent weekend (the first time in over a year) and realized, that since my last visit unfortunately no room renovation has taken place (would be needed, the curtain has holes!
