We were with friends on a weekend and could so some criticisms don't understand. The staff everywhere is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and in terms of size adequate. Even on the balcony beside table and chairs a Liege available. The swimming pool is very big and you enough room for swimming. We had the hafendorf suite and are very excited by the view over the port facility. It is simple, but fireplace, sauna and your size 80 meters² very comfortable. The staff in the spa facilities and in the hotel helped us with every question very nice and competent to the side.
