The hotel complex clean and tidy, but otherwise...
we had a Superioszimmer, nice size
beds were in the 14 days not changed once, the towels missing time, but the cleaners was then still in the house.
staff was always friendly. It was not any German spoken.
after my partner 2000 $had paid was then in the hospital at me working.
Please look for a other hotel!

The hotel was nice constructed and well maintained. Quiet Sections can be found, but are rare. The all-day entertainment is daunting loud and in the whole area audible. If you quiet go to the pool like the 'villas'. At the superior-rooms it is from morning till night partly very loud. It was unpleasant, you always in a queue. After many of the negative reviews we were very nicely surprised. It really bothered me, was lacking in the buffet restaurant. The atmosphere during the meals was not very appealing. Too many people, in a relatively short period of time to allow, so I am more of a train station felt like, than a buffet restaurant on vacation. The hotel complex is very clean. rooms are very big however has one thereby No balcony. the cleanliness is the room is OK however one should not so pingelig if even an ant or a cockroach in the room is, the leaves aren't avoid. in the hotel are all nationalities however lots of Russians and French. It was a very nice caribic vacation, full sun, sea turquoise and beautiful warm. Hotel staff all very nice, friendly and courteous. Cleanliness everywhere in order. Fruit, fish, meat, desserts... They upgraded us from the villas to the hotel one day and we went back to the villas because that side of the resort was dark and not much going on execpt the rooms are beautiful but, we loved the small villas.
