First the good! Nice and clean area with a beautiful beach. The food was not our, but on the whole good. From the waiting times for all meals apart. The evening shows were nice to look at and very entertaining. Very recommendable. But now! Unfriendly and arrogant staff is the unreasonable, I have in any other hotel, really bad! The reviews for this hotel on holidaycheck ourselves convinced. The friendliness of the staff was already stretched to the limit, not to mention the Spra chun knowledge in English. The hotel bar was the name of a bar does not do it justice. Mixed drinks were served overflowing with ice cream and alcohol, so these were more inedible. I found our stay very, very good. The staff is very accommodating, the rooms clean, the hotel area was huge ☺ The food was very good, it was very varied and there was something for everyone. All-inclusive was perfect. Drinks very good. We had a great holiday and would book this hotel again and would recommend it. I do not understand, why some people the hotel so bad.
