Large, typical Ibis hotel, good parking, breakfast, clean, many Chinese. Modern and simple but it perfectly adequate. Air conditioning. Big down side.. You cannot open windows!!!!!!!, clean. The Ibis is almost on the lake of Rotorua so very centrally. The staff is very friendly and efficient at check-in the room was not ready and then we were once in a drink at the bar. The rooms are totally ok, car park and garages available, no charge! used the breakfast buffet, freshly prepared and good quality/with 10,00 Euro per person ok, there is also easily outside of the hotel. The hotel is a high rise with many rooms. It is nicely decorated and clean. In the night no further benefits are included. The rooms are a bit small. However we stopped. There is a fridge, iron, ironing board, a free safe, a kettle, tea and the coffe choice and a television. You were always treated in a friendly welcome. Check-in and check-out run without problems and very fast. Hotel staff is nice and knowledgeable.
