Very nice hotel with very nice staff. With the exception of one incident with a receptionist everything was okay.
Rooms are clean

Great location for your own arrival, enough parking spaces available.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom was large enough and everything was very clean.
Great breakfast buffet-for Italy-it was also cappuccino and espresso. From time to time the tables were a bit tight, but really nobody had to wait.
Florence first bus and then change to the tram, is also very easy.

Good parking right at the hotel, quiet location. Food and shopping in the area hardly possible. One must drive first to some stops by bus to the tram stop, ticket before the hotel.
Free safe, a lot of space in the room and bathroom.
Two days Florence rich, there are nicer and more idyllic towns such as Pistoia or Lucca. Read more

We stayed three nights in this hotel, rooms very good, complaints were dealt with immediately, three days therefore, free wireless internet access, wireless Internet fee-two-otherwise German TV channels, bathroom very clean-we felt very comfortable in this hotel-but best of all was the breakfast! First of all it is not expensive, it is near the autostrada and that makes it great start point for everyday trips to near towns and it is also possible to go to Florence with bus which also is perfect for everybody who isn't used to driving car in Italy towns.
