A great experience in the hotel room with partly open roof and shower, as well as toilet in the open, but none in case comfortless. Everything very clean and well thought out. We used it for a short break, around the nearby Volcano Bromo to climb. The guests of the hotel are mostly for this reason since. The hotel is an ideal starting point for the Ijen crater. Unfortunately our joy marred as our safety deposit box money was stolen. We suggest that it in the safe Master key could happen. The staff and the manager did denied. We were offered a free dinner quiet. Who wants to compete in Java with the local police ... We advise so all the guests that take any valuables. As I said, the location and the view compensated for it ... A view like that in the rainforest and on Reisplantagen has to be seen. But the walk beats on the stomach and nearby except rice fields. The food was just ok. We were alone in the area you could have done with a hot food, but there was not much and lukewarm. The hotel is only as a base for excursions and round trips on Ostjava used. It is set in a very remote location and is very difficult to reach by car. We had a bungalow with outdoor terrace, one room with a separate vanity, outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. The rooms are simply but nicely furnished. There is no air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan. At night you will have to park outside expect with mosquitos. We stayed in the room were spared. The breakfast is sufficient.
