The hotel meets the highest requirements really was probably due to the occupancy of the revolution partly below 10%.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and have always done, to ensure guests the stay as pleasant as possible designed.

Travelling to Egypt just started to get going again. All guests where in this hotel to avoid empty lounges, beaches and restaurants. So the situation was different than it would have been with only guests having booked this one hotel. Guests from the nearby Marina Lodge (4 star hotel), which is a childfriendly hotel were also in The Palace. This caused during the day noise around the pool and on the terrace of the restaurant. But this cannot be held against the hotel.
Friendly and very helpful staff everywhere.Receptiondesk knows how to t... Read more

I don't want my annual holiday in this hotel. For one night it was on the whole okay. For a five stars Hotel lacked a lot, and, among other things, the cleanliness at the table and, above all, the foreign language skills of the staff. Furthermore, the staff could work on their friendliness.

German speaking guests were hardly anyone there- therefor o... Read more

After the unacceptable noise pollution at the crown plaza is no longer tolerable, we moved to the intercontinental. Accommodation, location, building simply outstanding, but the food was for a supposedly 4 star hotel more than meager.
For example, there was at the Breakfast fruit only melon and apples and once in the entire holiday Bananas. Everything was beautifully presented, but every day the same choice.
For lunch there were six containers with warm (almost always cold) food, no food which you could expect in such a hotel.
In the evening... Read more

On arrival, we were faced with the fact, that our hotel was overbooked crowne plaza. We were at the hotel the palace at the same area, but according to category 1 is higher. (do nothing noticed) the food we could do this in two hotels, but in both buffets very bad and unappetizing prepared was. The hotel was fully booked we noticed the following Saturday. A larger group (vodaphone italy) occupied the hotel. The consequences we noticed in the subsequent nights only. Sleep was not to think, as after dinner live bands from 24:00 o'clock until a...
