Returned here for the third time, Over 900 rooms in total, fantastic layout of hotel in general. Pools to suit everyones requirements with excellent service from the pool attendants, restaurant area and bar services were fantastic. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with complimentary drinks. Clean towels were given daily along with bathroom essentials (toilet roll, shower gel, soap, shampoo etc). Our stay was all inclusive so food and drink were supplied constantly. ... Tiran Island on a full day boat trip was best £30.00 worth I've spent. Staff there are fantastic...brilliant fun too.
All daily activities run by great animation team. Lovely clean pools with slides and a dedicated children's area properly segregated. Also a quiet adults only pool. But there's something happening most of the day and evening/night if you want it but the team are not pushy ....just right. Thanks Lee, Stacey, Anna, Nani, Mosquito. We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel. The animation team really made our stay special and worked really hard to keep us entertained day and night(especially Lee and Stacey!) The hotel itself was really good but lacked toilets in the pool area. There was plenty of choice when it came to food and was something to suit all tastes. Just wish we had been able to stay longer! The people are all very friendly and the Animation team get everybody involved in fun activities to help make your holiday. The staff were all great couldnt do enough for you,one of the directors showed us different room types when we expressed interest in returning to the hotel with more family members, the food was good a lot of choice at every mealtime plus fresh pizzas burgers & hot dogs on the grills, we ate in both the italian & fatimas both were lovely, the beach was clean & there was a snackbar down there aswell, snorkling was amazing, The animation team were fantastic especially Dino Noonoo & Anastasia who worked so hard keeping everyone entertained in the daytime & evening .
