Hi, this is not a settlement, but unfortunately reality.
The nights in the small wooden beds was very short because of the noisy nights. The people was never able to get the crowd under control. Three days in the food was okay there was the same. Based on the price you should go for a hotel.

In order to visit friends in Bonn, we dared and quartierten in the hostel Bonn-we should not regret it.
Not to mention, that it is a hostel and not a 4-star hotel, one can say really, the room was clean, the shower/toilet was relatively new, maybe 2-3 years old, the rest of the rooms, like the rest of the estimated 20 years old building good, but in good condition.
And the breakfast buffet and were completely thrilled, good selection of meats/cheeses/spreads/cereals, boiled eggs and various kinds of delicious rolls.
