The Hotel was Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We took a bungalow, which was exceptional for a family of 4. 8 Restaurants 35 slides in the water park catering for all ages and 21 pools meant that you were never far away from a cooling off zone.
perfect. In the bungalows there is a curtain that seperates the huge double bed from the 2 singles giving you an element of privacy. Well kept and cleaning service was excellent

Came on a one week holiday with my two girls aged 8yrs and 9yrs. My only regret is why I didn't book for two weeks. The best part of the holiday for me was to watch my girls laughing at the amount of fun they had.
Although the weather was at windy at times, we still enjoyed the heat.

We were now the fourth time in Egypt, this time we had the most beautiful hotel. Although it is a bit isolated and a little further away from the beach is. But we need no parties.
We needed not any go on excursions so comfortable in the hotel and at the aqua park felt.
This hotel we will in any case visit again. I would also any family recommend.

Comfy beds, plenty of space, very clean. Lots of hot water and a great shower!
Rooms
Most of the rooms back onto a private pool, so secluded and peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and have a kingsize bed and 2 singles through the shutter doors which gives a little feeling of privacy for both. My teenagers slept in whilst we went to breakfast! There is a lovely wet room bathroom and the room was cleaned daily.

The food was very tasty, especially in the Kaiser, where Dennis located in everything and in the Mediterranean, where Petra the supervision and advise available at all times for Hurghada.

The facility is in individual "settlements" with their own pools divided, these pools are cold, but it is very quiet, children's pool in the aqua park is heated and very popular with the kids, big slides in the aqua park brilliant for adults and children from 10 years. - in July 10

Toilets were very clean, all around you is seen Putzboy, even the trash cans at the pool were rinsed, all the pools were cleaned every day and were in great condition, the area very highly recommended, we will definitely go again.

The hotel itself was ok, but the pools were too cold in December we booked this holiday extra for our child booked to the only once in the water was clear if it was maximum 18 degrees in the kathalg heated pools so when it wasn't heated as of December will then? Food was nothing gwürtzt mesirable we also in Egypt experienced anything else, for example at the grand Makadi, Steigenberger etc. - in January 11
The Aquapark and also a couple of pools in the hotel itself are heated, but due to the not too hot temperatures (when we were on average not more than 20 °C) and of the relatively fresh winds is bathing is not so nice. - in January 11
