All in all, the hotel is about three ( complex of other hotels in a nature reserve) very remote. The next small towns or bigger cities like Taranto are only with the hire car. Very nice was the white hotel's beach ( free towel, one with an umbrella) and the hotel's pool with salt water. The hotel ( formerly Hilton chain) was a bit older, but still clean and modern. The food (half board) was unfortunately only standard with little cultures, the service was always anxious but lacked the culinary highlights. So we were out in small restaurants.... Read more

The hotel is located outside of Castellaneta Marina and convenient only be reached by car. However, it is conveniently situated on the SS 106, and so it is a good starting point for the sightseeing in Apulia by car (for example Matera 1 h, Lecce 1.5 hours, Bari 1 h). The hotel is very clean but a little "sterile". During our stay in early June were quite a few guests were present. In the dining room we were almost alone on some nights. Dinner is excellent. Overall, a highly recommended hotel. The resort is very clean, very well maintained and you are made very welcome. Dinner was a special highlight. Not just the friendliness of the staff but also the preparation, the service as well, is worth mentioning. The shuttle to the well-kept beach was smooth ( although low season) and our every need was received without hesitation. We will definitely be going back again. Read more

All Tagungsäste during our stay here, there were four sessions, were treated preferedly. Complaints about the noise from the Tagungsmitglieder were ignored. The English-speaking skills of the most of the staff limited to good day ( consciously or unconsciously? ). German was almost nothing. Spa was very big but also very loud. No question of relaxation. A very nice spa hotel in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is part of a larger hotel complex, but largely closed was ( April is here are absolute pre-season). But also in the next village Castellaneta Marina was almost nothing to do. It didn't bother us as we had a rental car and wanted to go on excursions anyway. The hotel beach shuttle bus (walk about half an hour). The hotel itself is reminiscent of the construction type of a bunker ( only 2 floors, formal, trees). The inside is very nice and modern.
