I am December on business for three days in Budapest former. The Kempinski is a very good Choice( next to the direct adjoining le Meridien), to stay central and right in the middle of the life of Budapest. Bars and restaurants are in abundance in the immediate environment available, the only Kttenbrücke around the corner. The hotel is in the rooms classic equipped.
