Please definitely book a superior room at least. The rooms you can get, 'only' If you book a double room are terrible and 30 years old. So nothing of comfortable and modern, but old, Spartan equipped with narrow very deep beds. Old bathroom, no hairdryer, no air conditioning, very small tv, in short, is terrible. The other rooms were all very nice, big and with all comforts. The best are the bungalows nearby the pools, the cost certainly a bit more, but it is worthwhile. i was very happy with my remodeled room, the staff did not handle guest rooms are not worth four stars. The breakfast was very good and the selection was good. I didn't like the dinner, the selection was not large and there was always the same. A shame the cleanness one deserved a big plus! Read more

Arrival (as planned) 22:00-guests before us and US: their bungalows (in April) are still occupied! Accommodation was in the non-renovated old building (a guest: 'youth hostel of the fifties')-no word of apology or compensation! Dinner (half board): our restaurant closes at 21:XX, but outside it has maintained nor bars.-short tour: building and garden: lake, roadside neglected. The next day to change to a different hotel! Well-kept and extensive gardens with bungalows and two-story main buildings directly on its own sandy beach. Nice sweet water swimming pool for swimming and children and baby pool. Beach chairs and sunshades at any time of day sufficiently available. Food on the breakfast and dinner buffet offered something for everyone and is extensive. Could really be fully recommended, would not be the food. Offer is okay, but the presentation and the quality was also unfortunately afterwards lag. Great holiday, only minor gripes would be,1) no kettle in the room, 2) lack of evening entertainment, that said plenty of bars/restaurants along the main roads into Stalis or Malia.

The beach is very decent and clean and pure transparent blue water is beyond compare.

We were very meticulous when choosing the room and we definitely made the better choice possible - it was a Sea Front Bungalow with direct view to the sea and a green lane separating you from the beach. It was far enough from public places and it was really really very quiet.
