Exemplary! Started with a friendly front desk, very nice, modern and clean room with a magnificent view over the city to the Elbe sandstone mountains. Entire staff seemed very motivated and friendly, also seems to me to be a good hotel management to lie. Here one feels, that it is a hotel and not a internally. Hotel chain acts. (have the difference sensed, then was in the four star hotel in Berlin). Very beautiful hotel. A large praise goes to the staff the front desk they were all very friendly and competent. All questions were at the front desk answered. We have also very good tips for excursions and sights get. The S-station direct in front of the door, better it is not. (Approximate driving time to the city about 30 minutes)
You can also tickets at the front desk buy. About 1 euro day Ticket. Since you can't moaning.

If you want to explore Dresden and the surrounding area, for those is the Kim-Hotel very recommendable. Although the hotel is located a short distance outside in the district Gompitz, but with a car, you're in ten minutes in the centre. Directly in front of the hotel runs a trolley regularly, in the hotel you can buy cheap tickets (seven Euro for the whole family, it is worthwhile). The breakfast is great.
