Nice hotel with friendly staff, however the overall impression was disappointing. The hotel advertise as all-inclusive, however any drink i.e. also water, is for adults not included after 17:00. Indeed specified in one of their web-pages. The free shuttle-service to the skilifts is only at 9:45 in the morning, which was too late to be in time for the ski lessons. Summary of stay in the hotel for children the coldest time of the year: the rooms were cozy warm, the stay there pleasant, mini bar and in the morning around half eight blew the room staff on the fence, sleep was not more possible. The single room nice location, large and clean. As well as the bathroom, the unfortunately only close shower had. Normally not a problem, only with child a problem, as a bathtub was missing. To the second time we have our winter break in the habachklause spent and super relaxed and satisfied. A cute smaller family hotel (only about 30 rooms) at the end of the street, Embraced by forests and stream. Really romantic and quiet. Particularly praiseworthy the service in the restaurantArea, cleaning of the rooms and the child care. Our children are 3 and 6 years old and had a a lot fun and variety in the kids club. The hotel has exceeded our expectations. There were all very, very friendly and helpful. We were almost the wishes of the eyes! The ' Windelflitzer ' -care was super. The ladies there were very nice and you will be small there in good hands. from our room we were thrilled.
