The hotel offers an exceptionally warm atmosphere, the children (3+5) felt immediately well and could prompt free in the whole hotel and hotel garden walk around. On special wishes was always uncomplicated and quickly, the main of the staff it is happy children and parents to accommodate. So much relaxation also for us parents had we for a long time not more, as the children always well supplied were. We were already several times with Ramzi and his crew and every time enjoyed, in the house spoiled on. The kids felt in the house again immediately. The friendliness and from of the staff is excellent. The spa area is very good, a 'real' pool is unfortunately missing. The winter sports region with cosmetic treatments- Schieinstellmöglichkeit on the ground is, of course, free. On the winter sports region can only a review type: it is the best!
