The kingslyn in every respect satisfied! The rooms are very tastefully and stylishly furnished and in terms of comfort and facilities is no place for complaints! The Guesthouse has perfect location in Greenpoint. The waterfront is easily and safely on foot in 20 minutes reachable. Nearby are also many good restaurants and bars, you can recommend without reservation. Many feature their funky concepts and the really pleasant and uncomplicated dealing with guests. Already the king lyn guesthouse is a true friends, in the very stylish'living room' and a fantastic (French-Press) coffee and water. Just because the intended errands made the check-in took an employee, capable and friendly-the Austrian manager is always a question or a tip to speak. We stayed nine days in this lovely and very tastefully equipped guest house in Greenpoint and we felt comfortable. Everything was always perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, special requests we were always with a smile fulfilled immediately. Here the guest is king. Ideal location for excursions, about ten minutes footpath to the waterfront or the large outdoor pool in seapoint. Perfect small hotel with German-speaking manager (Birgit) the us great tips, etc. Has given. Very centrally located (10 minute. Footpath to the waterfront) and safe! The breakfast was great!
