The hotel in general
Built on a densely wooded peninsula and on a natural incline, the Main Building of the Kontokali Bay overlooks both the sparkling blue waters of the Ionian Sea that separates Corfu from the taupe, coastal mountains of the Greek Mainland and the Gouvia Marina.

The Bungalows are set in the midst of pine and cypress-laden garden, full of vibrant red and mauve bougainvilleas that add the artist’s final brushstroke to this perfect canvas.

KONTOKALI BAY RESORT & SPA is a Hotel-Bungalow complex on the central eastern shoreline of the emerald Isle of Corfu, situated only 6 Kms from the island’s capital, Corfu Town (port and airport).

Service at the hotel
The rooms and bungalows are set amidst beautiful gardens. Each room has a balcony or terrace with view of the garden/bay or sea. In-room facilities include air conditioning, a satellite LCD TV, mini bar, safe, bathroom amenities, bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer.
It boasts its own private 2 beaches (umbrellas and lounge chairs + towels free of charge). It features a floodlit tennis court, free Wi-Fi rooms + public areas and free parking.
The well equipped spa centre offers an indoor heated pool, hammam, Jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a steam room. Massages, aromatherapy and anti-ageing treatments are also available. Use of the spa facilities is free. (Admission to Spa and Wellness is from 16 year old).

To offer the finest personal service to our guests who will always enjoy a warm, yet relaxed holiday, we need to match it with a refined ambience and comparable facilities. Thus, as every year, we are pleased to inform you that during this winter (2011/2012) Kontokali Bay Resort and Spa is implementing its annual improvement program by investing more than €800.000 throughout the property as follows:
- Reconstructing 5 new Family Sea-View Bungalows that accommodate comfortably 4 persons.
- Renovating 18 Garden-View Rooms (Ground Floor) in the Main Building.
- New sun-loungers around INFINITY pool.
- Creation of a sitting area by the sun terrace of INFINITY pool to enjoy evening cocktails.
- Upgrading the central “Computer Room” with new server and overhauling the computer net-work within the property.
- Menu enhancement with new concepts in our Food and Beverage outlets:
• Italian Dishes in the La Carte – ALBATROS Beach / Lounge Restaurant.
• Separate Children’s Dinner-Buffet in the Main Restaurant - HORIZON.
