Only three minutes from the city center. Great delicious breakfast ideal to start the day. Room/bathroom (our room had even a separate toilet) were clean. We were able to park even free of charge in the backyard of the hotel. Conclusion: we were with the artist hotel neutor totally satisfied. Read more

The location of the hotel was great. Only five minutes to the old town. Also the breakfast was very good. Rooms: small is not. The bed 1 night, 1 lamp, more didn't fit in. No drawers. No trashcan. No mini bar. In the bathroom no storage space. All Corners require an urgent general cleaning. Shower door jumped constantly from the anchorage. Opening the window (two windows was only one open) because of total traffic impossible. Where the four stars? For a four star hotel is the room decor was rather moderate, the machinery in the room safe were batemans empty, so the we at the reception ask to duplication had to wait. It was on the room not even a pencil and the bed sheets were not changed despite visible stains, the room was not ventilated and it was not even dusted, so is the conclusion for cleanliness and laundry for a four star hotel not appropriate! We were over New Year's eve 2010/2011 for three days in the hotel neutor and for those short trips, the hotel was very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, since you to foot in about three minutes in Salzburg old town is. Furthermore, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel entrance, the four or five bus routes is on the route. The only drawback of the hotel for the location of our get room, since this was a busy road and there was actually always a lot of traffic. Read more
