The romantic hideway and SPA is located directly on the south shore of the lake Mattsee - a very pleasant place in the Salzburg lake area in next to the famous touristic region of the Salzkammergut. In opposite to the Salzkammergut the Mattsee and its surroundings are still an insider tip for all who loves a quiet and romantic place without many tourists nearby. A great benefit is also the short distance to the famous and beautiful city of Salzburg, where you can find the Salzburg festivals, Mozarts birth and living place, interesting sights and evidence of the great cultural history of Salzburg.
The romantic hotel itself offers you many options for a romantic and relaxing hotel on of the most beautiful places in Salzburg. Modern and romantic double rooms with great lake view and canopy beds as well as the indoor pool with a panoramic view over the lake while you are swimming in the 30 degree C warm water, are just a view points for a special holiday at the romantic hotel "Seewirt".

Not far away from Salzburg you will find famous trip highlights, such as the Mozart & Salzburg Festival, Aiderbichl or the Silent Night Chapel in Oberndorf, where the most famous Christmas song of the earth was formed. (all about 20 km from the hotel)
You can reach the hotel via the A1 highway exit "Salzburg Nord" and follow direction to Mattsee (Braunau).
Train / bus: Salzburg main railway station. By bus you will arrive directly from Salzburg to Mattsee (line 120).
By plane: Salzburg Airport (25 km) and the fastest and easiest way by taxi to Mattsee (about 45 € per trip)
