I also agree Sandra. Flavio is very competent and has a very beautiful area with lots of fancy details. My Pictures attached to the details also see! Due to lack of foreign language skills of ours has the very nice wife helped by Flavio (you can speak some German). The Car Park could be more spacious, but then the complex really nice (also good parking in front of the area). The complex is located in a very quiet area. We had a small bag with oil, spices, liquid and bought like used toilet paper and the like when we arrived. Rarely or never ... Read more

The Vorschreiberin, Sandra, mentioned everything. If one lives there, one does not have to buy everything for the iron need - thus for example, it gives salt, oil of the predecessor and so on. The owner, Flavio Segatori, meant that e.g. Italians anyway all wegschmeissen become, if these packings are already opened, therefore strike he everything away.
