We( couple the 50), had this property from the variety the ubud offers because of the location and the reviews (and the price;- ) picked out. we were not disappointed! Even though centrally located, we never had noise problems. Accommodation, breakfast and pool were OK! In the afternoon there was always a small snack with tea.
