The best times of the hotel are unfortunately passed. A really old hotel where you can have some carpet ten years ago would have changed to. Further is the overall condition of the hotel was bad. Breakfast buffet halfway OK. The manager was very friendly. Unfortunately you can not recommend the hotel. Price/performance ratio was not. Read more

We have really enjoyed our stay. Had a large room with two rooms nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere very warm. The kitchen left nothing to be desired and the pleasant and clean SpA have we used a lot. The impressive mountain scenery and the hotel will use sure we also with security in the summer. Read more

Our experience with the hotel are divided into two parts.
On the day of arrival we our room was found in a condition. (Stains on the carpet, not cleaned, etc. on the pillows spot)
After a complaint at the reception us believed the condition unseen. The pillows were changed. For the second night we could get another room. (Upgrade 'superior')
The condition was OK
For the dining was fine. The staff (in front of all the waiter) was friendly.
The view was excellent.
The SPA is as described in other reviews good.

The first impression of the hotel was already after a few minutes a pleasant homely feeling. from there started our relaxation short vacation! Very Competent and friendly service from check-in until the service at the restaurant. Problems with parking place serach, at our arrival it snowed and almost no snow was cleared, then we still found a place with a bit of luck (how do cars park when the hotel was full?) entrance around the corner and warm welcome at the reception.
