The hotel is located in neukirchen close to the shopping mall. The hotel is getting old and the rooms not very clean. To get out of the shower you to get on the toilet. At night you have to bear the very loud music from the hotel's own bar. two o'clock in the morning. The service was in a bad mood and not professional. There were different statements made during the mealtimes and then we were served with a lot of 'quality' the food. For the Environment you can stay cheaper in the nearby hostel. We will avoid this hotel in the future. Read more
