Landhotel Henkenhof Willingen

We had a very spacious and nice double room with a view of the garden. A couple of days to relax and hiking, the henkenhof is very good. The connections to the hiking trails (uplandsteig and rothaarsteig) are very close and easy to reach. This region for hikers very recommendable. We were seven days in henkenhof and had a nice double room with a view of the garden and on the bare Pön! We had booked half board which included a very wide from a buffet breakfast and evening buffet consisted. In the week of our stay, there were a number of children in the house, at the evening buffet always the Court had a choice. This hotel is very children and family friendly. We had such a relaxing vacation in the country hotel henkenhof. The food was good and fresh. Only the indoor swimming pool in the hotel is in need of renovation. The price/performance ratio is okay. Read more

Our request for a quiet room was. We were not on the main road to the nearby (with the meals unfortunately very loud) bus company building. It was a wonderful spacious comfort rooms with sunny balconies, opportunities and a large flat screen tv to sit. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and of good quality. Usseln is significantly quieter than willingen and therefore highly recommended for people seeking peace and quiet. In the vicinity there were many beautiful hiking possibilities! Read more

We were there for three days with our grandchildren in henkenhof, we liked it a lot here. Food for breakfast, as well as a large selection of food, it was very good and there was something for every taste. We had a huge family room, with just as big balcony. With the Kurcard you could also free bus, and got plenty of discounts. There is much to see. We will be going back next year and a few days longer. Only wish it would be very nice if there were more sausage from their own butcher give. Read more
