everything was real MINI from parking spaces in the hotel parking to the bathroom. The rooms are designed for small sized people but not if you are 180 and 85 kg!! I could even not turn in the bathroom!! Not baby and family friendly (many stairs to the elevator!!!) the overall hotel is old but has been renovated (or better to say renewed somehow). The corridors are from 1960's but the rooms look fine but just renovated somehow, not in detail and not perfect for 4 star! No minibar in the room! We were checked in the floor where the renovatio... fairly nice renovated City Hotel, for short stays is well suited.
the rooms are modern, timeless and nicely appointed. the bathroom is rather exclusive, functional and spacious. the cleanliness in the bathroom is a little to be desired (lime, mold and stains in the shower). The bed ( double bed) is because of its size King single bed. This is somewhat small but spacious and adequate for a City Hotel. The actual room price differs to the offered prices in the internet (was unfortunately only after the departure discovered).

This was one of the worst hotels service and customer care, I have ever experienced. Upon arrival at 15:00 o'clock the rooms were not ready. The public toilet was dirty and total had the impression, that you have not been cleaned more days (everywhere pecked booger on the wall). No room service at 15:00 the room was not yet cleared up. The manager of the hotel was rude, insensitive and unwilling to find solutions. The price/performance ratio is even for the Oktoberfest more than far too high. Read more
