Nice hotel with friendly service, the staff was nice and not pushy, also with complaints was immediately remedied. We stayed in the last week of October and the hotel made in some day the winter. We had a wonderful vacation, the guests were mostly Russian, but we did not a problem, as they didn't stand out negatively. It is an older property, but the service and the friendliness of the staff make up for this. We would go back tomorrow. Read more

Extensive, partly. Nice grown in hotel complex with main building and various buildings with several rooms/ apartments. We had a large apartment/ suite in the 7 floor( elevator up to 6) the Haupgebäudes with a sea view and the pool area, circa 45- 50 square meters large, 2 small balconies.
Booked with all inclusive in the first week, until 24,10 CIRCA 75 o/o Russians, but for us not a problem was, since one general has behaved. Afterwards cIRCA 75 o/o German, the rest French, Swiss, Russians.

My only complaint was the dirty and moldy Minibar was replaced immediately after complaint.

In the following days we felt a bit harassed by the cleaners, we got no new towels twice (the shower mat was dirty from the shoes of the cleaning lady) and even had to ask at the reception whether we could get the toilet paper, I-stüpfelchen was the trash before you have our door.
