We were over new Year's eves in this hotel. At that time it was very quiet, there were only a few guests were there. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was a bit poor for a four stars hotel. The coffee was excellent. The hotel was pretty good. In the summer, the winter garden was a dream. Bathroom and rooms were okay, the beds are a little hard. On the high street there were only a few minutes footpath. The hotel is quite small and finely equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. In December the hotel was nearly empty, we received a junior suite for the price of a normal room.
Nearby the front desk was the free wireless Internet was very good, unfortunately it is not enough to the room.
The breakfast buffet is sumptuous for Italian conditions, for German is poor.
