The hotel is new, but extremely the architect has doors as forget wind protection. It pulls all day long through the corridors of the hotel the service is bad, the staff all have bad mood and are unfriendly. We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is exceptional and has a very pleasant charm. For a five star hotel everything was as it should be. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were large and always clean in the restaurant there was a lot of choice, so that everyone had to find what. We stayed a week in Gran Canario to relax and we had a car rented, to explore the island with the bad weather. Excellent themed hotel, which I absolutely recommend can. The rooms are compared to other hotel in Gran Canaria very large and absolutely clean. I have rarely seen such a generous laid out hotel seen. All the staff were polite and accommodating. The choice at the buffet breakfast and buffet in the evening was diverse and the quality was very high quality.
