front desk is very good and very helpful. The rooms are extremely noisy; we had to move, 'normal' sound as the backdrop of our neighbors gave us the feeling of a shared. The rooms and the spa are no longer in good condition and are badly in need of renovation. The booking with dertour was a disgrace in terms of wiedersprüchlichen formulations in the services (vouchers). The golf course was in a clean condition and easy to play. A shame, that there is no direct link between main building and spa and access is possible only through the grounds... Read more

The comparison keeps with similar Marriott (golf) hotels on the island not beach! Only mediocre breakfast buffet, the room are dark and dated, the atmosphere at the hotel bar is not very inviting, the staff quickly overwhelmed. Comfort comes in this hotel not on. Yes the hotel rooms do need an update after 10 years but hey if you are there to relax by the pool or use the spa why spend time in your room other than to sleep ?? Had a graet meal in the atrium, its only open 4 nights a week for a la carte but worth it.

On site facilities are immense; large outdoor pool with free towels, indoor pool with 3 x jacuzzi pools, steam room, well equipped gym, spa treatments, mini supermarket, golf store, hairdressers and thats before you get onto the golf side of the complex.
