the underground car park is directly under the hotel.
the floors are only 2 elevators reachable. When a good usage of the hotel (we were there on a Christmas striezelmarkt weekend here), there is often longer waiting times.
not recommendable (and also not allowed) is the use of the existing fire escape, since the doors this only from the outside can be opened.

Service at the hotel breakfast was not good. Staff made a ragged impression and large rush only insufficient use. All three orange juice dispenser empty and at the same time Reaktin of the staff only to express demand.
