Had here a quiet room ordered and also got (308).
Despite Chemiepokal boxing in the hotel, were no impairments for the customers to feel.
Beautiful entrance hall, good breakfast and nice staff.
Great sports/ Schwimmangebot.
Negative: DDR Wallpapers in the room, that I have not seen for a long time.

If you want a centrally located hotel of the upper class looking in the hall, will find them here. The hotel was only a five to ten minute walk from the main station away. The pedestrian area and the old town are very quickly reachable. The public transport in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are functional, the cleanliness was exemplary. We travelled in September 2011 for the umpteenth time at a meeting in the Maritim Halle. When we arrived in the parking lot, we saw some free parking and we were happy, that we have at the hotel (too small) park could park. Only the gate remained below. The front desk told us by wechselsprechanlage with, there were a private parking for DAUERPARKER. One asks oneself, What hotel has a small parking lot and then rented out at Dauerparker? The hotel could use some remodeling, prefabricated building with relics of the GDR. If one from the elevator rises passes a bad smell contrary, probably from the old carpet. Unfortunately it smelled bad in the rooms. The room decor is getting old.
