Very friendly, professional and attentive service in the gastronomy area. We especially noticed the phony, the US every morning with a smile and every detail of our special requests noticed. Such a service inspired! As an example I would like more below average standard coffee to mention, the US only one-time questions every morning by a somewhat stronger replaced, without that we still had to even mention. The hotel has an excellent location, directly on the beach promenade and the pier. In the winter garden of the hotel you can, with its view of the Baltic sea, very comfortable coffee (or similar) and delicious cakes food, or just the fireplace sit and enrspannen. Compared to 2010 has the attention and the friendliness of the service front desk (the first impression) decreased. During the construction work should not be occupied the floor (with us it was the floor 1, just next to the building site). In the wellness area, we need a cooler room, which is closer to the sauna area. Still, the possibility for relaxation with a view very well. We have a tight week at the Maritim spent and very probably felt us from the outset. The hotel made a very neat impression, the location is perfect- room with a view of the sea and balcony, near the pier-. Especially we were thrilled with the winter garden with its great view. the staff are very friendly and always helpful, the service for those as well as for the waiters in the dining room or in the bar.
