I stayed at the hotel during an important business for a night stayed. The hotel sparkles especially through its location (right on the Rhine location, views of the drachenfels mountain). The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is a very nice hotel, but the seated was snotty, unfriendly, not helpful and cocky.
