In the evening the scent of barbecue fills the warm night air and as you sit on the terrace listening to classical music watching the sun set you are transported to an entirely different place as the Maritim Jolie Ville becomes an enchanting and wonderous blend of cuisines that no one can resist.

Here are some pros and cons, and then some handy hints: Pros: The bungalows are spacious and extremely clean - TV, bath, shower, tea and coffee making facilities, friendly staff (apart from a few sour faced women in the shop), La Fleur restaurant is a dream, immaculately well kept grounds, library, Rameses the camel and his friendly keeper, two stunning pools, stunning views, the amazing breakfasts with the fabulous egg chefs (omelettes are a must), you have to do the Fellah Tent evening on Sundays - great fun! - in August 10

you cannot fault the staff, they are wonderful and always helpful, the food is good quailty and plentyful but the grade of food has gone down and thier is not the same choice, the Kings bar is now a fast food outlet, we had to sit in the recepion at night to listen to the music as all the tables are taken up with guest eating food, the main resturant no longer has a dress code, guest are allowed to wear what they like.

On a plus side the Le Fleur Restaraunt onsite was fantastic, food great and Koresha the Maitra D was a wonderful person, and the cleaners were lovely people as were the whole staff, apart from management who failed to even meet me when I complained about their over inflated price charging for drink. - in January 11
Ahmed the guy in the restaurant got Ibrahim the chef to meet her every night to show her whay contained nuts and what did not, Ibrahim and Ahmed deserve special aknowledgement, all the food was great too. - in January 11
