We stayed in this hotel as a family in October. But it wasn't fully occupied, which was an advantage, as this way, there were always free places in the restaurant, pool, beach etc. without queue...
Downside: almost no animation, evening program in the hotel hall for about 30 persons...
We liked it very much, the rooms are great, very clean, very friendly. The guests there are Russian, English, German and Dutch.

would stay again,cant fault the hotel at all top marks the staff v friendly,not many english stayed at the hotel and the night time entertainment was a bit late starting and not for the english,belek is ok but after a few visits can get a bit boring,some good restaurants,yazz restaurant was fantastic place to eat must visit there you will not be disappointed!

I understand the negative reviews of this hotel was not. If you do not like it here, should better stay at home. A wonderful holiday in a great hotel area. Clean and comfortable-nice staff-free WiFi in the hotel lobby. Even if many Russians were there-are all very decent. Many families with children.

I personally feel Thomas Cook should remove this hotel from their brochure as the British are not really welcome and it would be best left to the Russians, a shame because the hotel is great without these guests.

On our arrival at the hotel we were met by friendly staff who were trying to deal with a drunk russsian woman, We were shown to our room and we got a wonderful suprise as when we have been to turkey before have always had a family room that you could not swing a cat in, so to have two bedrooms was a real plus, the rooms were very clean and tidy. - in September 09

The food was execellent, and so much choice, we usually went down for our evening meal about 8ish and never had a problem getting a table, the food was always hot and fresh.

I might as well have gone to Russia, the staff, animation team etc were Russian, the Turkish staff only spoke Turkish and Russian, it was very difficult to be understood, I tried to book a restaurant and the reservations clerk who was Russian could not understand me so I gave up.

The hotel was of a very high standard, very very clean and the grounds are beautiful, the food in the restaurant was amazing far better than I imagined, breakfast and lunch were a pleasure but evening meal was a nightmare, it was so busy and manic and that was before the majority of schools break up so I cannot imagine what it would be like then, it was difficult to get a table outside at any time and inside the restaurant the heat was unbearable as the air con was not very good (neither in the bedrooms).
