We were greeted by Lufthansa with a flight cancellation for 1 night at this hotel. The staff at check-in perfect prepared (it had to at least 50-60 people at the same time will be open for check-in) and it all went very fast and the rooms were issued to our satisfaction. All the staff were very nice and were very accomodating. The room was very nice, clean and spacious (double room with 2 queen beds), as well as the bathroom.
