Checked in to hotel and beds were hard as a rock, no joke, and they have installed new extreme fast flush toliets but did not put an air vent in the pipe line.

The hotel considers their free shuttle as they advertise to be used when they deem fit not when you need it.

We would use the free shuttle service of the hotel to get us to our bus stops and pick us up from our bus stops when we would leave New York.
