basic hotel. doing building work wen we was there,but holiday company didnt inform us of that. and under new management .ie NO kids entertainment and thats the only reason we went to that hotel.food was the same dailey. and we payed for superior rooms but didnt get them either, and didnt get told about the rooms till the friday befor we left.we was the only pepole in the hotel for the first week? that should of said somthing!!! and still trying to get my money back as it was my kids first family holiday and didnt get what we payd for......

We had booked two weeks' all inclusive ', this was when we discovered there, really unnecessary. Little choice the breakfast buffet, a limp unedible coffee, croissants or pancakes did not want to be, probably, because almost no tourists were there.
We can do without the daily booming music entertainment the keyboard player at all in the evening's handling of complaints is awful.
We travel very often and we can really be an objective opinion on hotels and management of the hotel, but there should be no more such a hotel to be expected!

All-inclusive is definitely not what it says on the tin.
To the beach it was at least 1 mile, there is a coach but you had to sometimes 1a even two hour wait. It was again and again she said turn right but that is not Sunday
A mini bar is not available and you only get a bottle of water per day and it was only at certain times.
A safe or hair dryer you get only on payment and quite expensive.
at the Breakfast is the same everyday and the selection is very limited.

front desk no German and English also not so good, more French.
We recommend, you should at the front desk no word, to the chief, or boss Bar' the american to go, which can help further. The rooms: tv was broken, light bulbs broken or missing, towels were not always freshly washed!(These were simply fabulous hung!). We had all inclusive and we must say, that the drinks selection great was. There was All-inclusive: Water, fanta, coke, sprite, beer, red and white wine. Everything else must one pay.
