The hotel has many small and some major deficiencies. I'm sending you a few examples:
Internet only if you had your own laptop, towels were not changed, no bathrobes, canned fruits as breakfast, expired tomato juice and cereal bad, superior room without truth (no joke) window, no face cloths (tissues) in the bathroom, tv with a few channels and picture (only Gerausche) lousy, no radio in the room. Conclusion: never four stars. This hotel needs a new management.
