Very clean area. The rooms or suites are classy and exclusively equipped. When something is missing, not a problem within a few minutes everything was there. Friendly, nice service. Unfortunately the promised bathing jetty not available and the brochure mentioned disco does not give it also. By the pool the first 5 days 1 CD playing. After numerous complaints, they wanted to visit the music change, then for the last 9 days a CD with 3 titles played. The went from morning at 9 o'clock until evenings at 24 o'clock. It was mayhem. Never again we have a hotel found, which never 5 stars, rather 2 stars. Way too expensive for unqualified staff. Unfortunately no choice idea what the management of hotels regards. So no choice advisable, very, very bad! Read more

The hotel offers different room types, for a standard room, small Villas, almost apartments with small own swimming pool (not much bigger than a wading pools) and suites, which we had booked. The suites are spacious apartments, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, large living/dining area and kitchenette, everything modernly decorated. The kitchen however has about a bottle opener, two teaspoons glasses and mugs. in the fridge four bottles of still water. ... recommended, which has 100 beds has. We felt for the small bungalow with about 200 beds -the Melia Tortuga-and did not regret our choice. The hotel was very clean (compared to the rest of the country and beach). In the all inclusive offer included were all main courses, snacks and most alcoholic drinks. Only certain whiskeys and so on had to be paid (a glass to part 10 euros). In the entire hotel (Gift shop and so on) you could also pay with euros.
