We enjoyed a wondelful stay in Berlin, in a very convenient spot of the city. Good for connecting, be it by tram, subway or even by foot. And the hotel is excellent, both with repect to the installations and to the people.

The room was spacious and smart design with separated corner for the child bed, so both parents and the child had their private space. TV offer included also non-German channels (which is not a standard in Gernam hotels unfortunately), bathroom was nice and very clean, toilet separated from the bath, which is very convenient for family. The coffee maker in the room (capsul type) made us fast and tasty coffee in the morning.

The staff are very friendly. The Aussattun of the hotel is good. Small not clean Spots are available. The breakfast or the organization a disaster. Initially we found breakfast for 18 euros exaggerated. Then was queue announced. The breakfast area was for the number of the guests not enough. Mugs missing, the refill the machines took.
